reminder to Czernowitz group

<x-flowed>I'd just like to remind the group that when you reply to messages
sent to Czernowitz-L, your reply automatically goes to the entire
group. If you wish to reply privately, you have to make sure that
you change the "To:" field in your message header.

Membership is now up above 50 subscribers! I guess there was a
strong interest in Czernowitz out there, just waiting to be tapped.
Or maybe it was the interest in Sadagora . . .
