<x-flowed iso-8859-1>Carl,

Thank-you for sending the list of names. I found quite a few
surnames that match my searches, although none of the first names
with them jump out at me except for Mordechai ROSENBERG from Tirgu
Frumos, Roman or perhaps Piatra Neamt, all in Romania. However, no
doubt there are many people and given names who I do not know yet.

The surnames that match are:

BIRNBAUM -- Tirgu Frumos/Iasi/Roman, Romania and possibly Dinovits
(Dunayevtsy) Ukraine
FAKTOR/FACTOR/FACTROWICZ -- Kiyev & Stepnitz (Stepansy) Ukraine
GLASSBERG -- Iasi
GOLDENBERG -- Tirgu Frumos/Iasi/Roman and possibly Dinovits
HAIMOWICZ/HAIMOWITZ -- Iasi
HEITNER -- Storozynetz and possibly Czernowitz
KRUMHOLZ -- unknown Ukraine/Poland
ROSENBERG -- Mordechai from Tirgu Frumos, also perhaps Podul Iloaei,
Avram or Abraham from Tirgu Frumos/Roman
RÜBNER/RIBNER -- Czernowitz, possibly Drachinets, Costinetz
(Costancy) had a cholov isroel dairy farm and also possibly had a
business in horses and wagons in Storozynetz
SHAEFLER -- Storozynetz
WEININGER -- Czernowitz, possibly Drachinets, Costinetz (Costancy)
had a cholov isroel dairy business

Thanks again,

Marc
