[Cz-L] structural changes to the website

Czernowitzers...

I've made some changes to the site, some cosmetic and some structural. I'm
not sure how the access is. From where I sit, it seems OK, but I'm certainly
not convinced. Could I ask you to take a moment and try
http://czernowitz.dnsalias.org and to try a few items from the menu on the
left side of the screen? And could you report to me in a private e-mail how
thinks worked for you, and what operating system your computer uses (i.e.
windows 95,98,xp,2000, etc., mac, linux, what have you). I'm not even sure
you can get into the site anymore as my ISP has made changes at the same
time I've made mine -- so I'm confused.

I'll let you know when I have enough reports...
