My name is Brenda Stermer. My family survived in the Ukraine, in a town
Koralowka which is near Chernovitz. My mother's maiden name is Shapira
Metzger. Does anyone have any information regarding this family? Also, the
name Waldman, my mother's sister's name was Waldman. Recently my family was
written up in the National Geographic Adventure magazine in the June/july
edition.

The family, 38 people , survived in an underground grotto in the Ukraine,
near a town called Koralowka.
