[Cz-L] Newspapers and archive researchers

Happy Summer all,

To follow my genealogy research further I was wondering if anyone knew if
obituaries were written
in the years 1899? If so what newspaper in Czernowitz would it be in and
were would one find a copy?
Would the family have taken out an advertising announcement of a death?

Second question. Would anyone have used an archive researcher in
Czernowitz??? I have written both Denai and Udovitski and have not received
a reply in over half a year. Please answer me privately.

We are thinking of going to Bukowina this fall. Will be traveling on
AeroSvit. Has anyone had experiences on that airline??? Please again answer
privately.
