[Cz-L]Maps of the streets & other questions have the right maznifests

I am wondering if I may get assistance in getting maps of the streeets 1889
1906-two of my relatives used rather lived in Czernowitz before going to
Hamburg to immigrate to the states. I am wondering if theres any way that I
can find
out where they lived and when they left.
Thr first one is my gmother-I cannot find the date of her marriage to my
gfather. In the manifests that I have it states that they were single yet
on the
census of 1900 it states that they were married for nine years.
In order to get some idea as to where they got married and when,I must find
out when she left Czernowitz(if they are the right manifests)
