[Cz-L] Organizational committee for the reunion

Dear Cz. List members,

Now that we have decided on what most of us, want the program for the
reunion to consist of, we need a committee to plan and organize
the reunion and take care of all the practical arrangements.
  
I have previously asked for advice about the method of setting up a
committee to organize the reunion, but received few responses.
Such responses as I received, were more in favor of a committee of
volunteers.
 
Shall we elect the committee, or should it consist of volunteers?
I suggest the committee consist of 5-7 people, each person taking
on himself/herself to be responsible for certain tasks and all
differences of opinion and major decisions to be settled
by a majority vote within the committee.

I will list here all those who have previously volunteered to work
on planning and organizing the reunion and also those, who have already
done some of the groundwork or been helpful with advice and ideas.

Please forgive me if I omitted anyone, it certainly is not intentional.

Depending on your responses, we shall either elect a committee
or accept those who volunteer to constitute the committee.
