[Cz-L] translations for the cemetery map

Greetings Czernowitzers!

When it rains it pours! We now have two translations from the Cyrillic
text on the cemetery map supplied by Mimi Taylor.

I have put both maps and translations into the 'Czernowitz Cemetery
Projects' section on the website. Thanks go to Gabriele Weissmann and
Arthur Rindner (a.k.a. arthur von czernowitz) for their work on this!
