[Cz-L] cemetery undergrowth

Dear All,

If anyone who has been to the Czernowitz cemetery can advise me on the
following point, I should be grateful.

Would it perhaps be useful for me to bring with me a small foldable pruning
saw, to remove the occasional branch or sapling that might be obstructing a
grave?

Would this be allowed?
