May I suggest that there are many datafiles on Bukowina and Romania
available for searching at
http://www.jewishgen.org/databases/Holocaust/ and
http://www.jewishgen.org/databases/Romania/ ; and at the Yizkor Book
site there are two files of potential interest: Bukovina Handbook,
http://www.jewishgen.org/Yizkor/bukovina/bukovina.html; and
Geschichte der Juden in der Bukowina, at
http://www.jewishgen.org/Yizkor/Bukowinabook/bukowina.html.

JewishGen has a very close relationship with USHMM and I am its
liaison to USHMM. If there are files you would like to have put into
a database, let me know and I can work with USHMM. Of course, we
would always appreciate volunteers who can transliterate and who are
proficient with Excel. The database would be on JewishGen's but
there can be a link from your website to the datafiles.
