Dear Bruce, Dear Czernowitzers,

Bruce has taken the first step, if any of you can obtain and translate
useful and pertinent information from Ukrainian to English, get it from
the Ukrainian consulate General and please send it on to the list.
It would be particularly useful to know what the laws regarding the return
of properties of religious communities and cemeteries is, also whether all
cemeteries are currently under the supervision of the local authorities.
