Dear Czernowitzers,

Having a Bukowiner meeting in Israel in December does not rule out
having another meeting in a year or two or five. Those who want to
and are able, will participate in this one and others will wait
till the next one.

When we started planning the "Czernowitz Reunion 2006" in October 2005,
the number of interested members was 37, of those originally interested,
only 16 actually came to the reunion, but the total number of
participants was 65.

The big difference between having a meeting in the Ukraine and having
one in Israel, is that all of us had to travel a long way to Ukraine,
Whereas the majority of Czernowitzers and Bukowiner already live
in Israel. No travel expenses and possibly no hotel expenses for most
of the participants.
