Agree 100% to a discussion and selection of topics before deciding on
committees.

Propose that we have volunteers because to hold elections via a discussion
group is very difficult.

PS - This message is in plain text format so it does not have to be edited
by the list moderator. You can switch Outlook Express to plain text format
by going to the Format menu and select Plain Text. In normal
correspondence, HTML is nicer because you get different fonts and colors and
can include pictures to that this is the preferred format. However, the
list required Plain Text so we help the moderator by making it plain text.
