The problem might be that the FamilySearch.org web site is in the
process of being updated. When I click on
<http://tinyurl.com/2ymh6c> , I get this message:

Web Site Maintenance In Progress
  Periodic delays and interruptions are expected.
  Web site access may be limited -- particularly Friday, May 18.
  Thank you for your patience.

It should be up again soon. If the link still doesn't work, you can
search the Family History Library Catalog online using the Place
Search option. Enter Czernowitz and follow links to Jewish Records.
