[Cz-L] inquiry

I will be in July with 2 of my sons in Bukovina - Suceava, Kimpolung.

Can anybody advice me how to get to from there to Transnistria, Shargorod
where I spent 3 years in deportation?
If somebody did recently this trip would appreciate very much his advises.
