I flew two times from Kiev to Cz and back in 2003 and 2006: no problem, if one doesn't mind the noise and lack of comfort for the ca. two hours flight. I probably didn't mind these aspects because I used to travel in Africa in conditions that were rather worse than these ones. Possibly also because, when posted in Ukraine in the late 90s, I already experienced these internal flights and could see how good the Ukrainian pilots were at the time. As for today, I cannot say...
