COMMONWEALTH OF YIDDISH SPEAKERS OF THE BUKOVINA ORIGIN
COMMONWEALTH OF YIDDISH SPEAKERS OF THE BUKOVINA.
When ,in 1946, the Jews left Czernowitz and Bukovina they took with them
only
their personal belongings , limited to 2 bags per person by the Soviets.
But they took with them 500 years of Jewish Bukovina tradition.
Not in books, not records, not relics .
They carried with them the unwritten history of their people ,the language,
the habits , the memories of good and bad times .
They took this along as they left their place of birth.
The history was stored in their brains but in their body they carried
the
genes of their breed.
Now they cover the Globe. The sun never settles on their Empire.
They are everywhere , on all continents.
There are studies that claim that the Ashkenazi Jews origins are
with the legendary Khazars who converted to Judaism in the 10- th century
and then expired from history .
These studies claim that the DNA of the East European Ashkenazi has no
relation to the DNA of Middle Eastern people and of the Spharadic Jews.
This morning while shaving I had a good look at my face : "Khazar ?"
The complextion is swarthy but the eyes are blue . Is this from the
Khazars?
As the Khasars are now extinct there is nowhere I can find evidence.
So I have been living with a Khazar for over 70 years now.
