[Cz-L] Popovici Plate

Mimi,
  It all comes down to 2 choices:
  1. They want the plate :
        If they want the plate they can find the adress
      in 5 minutes or propose 5 alternative public places like the City Hall
       the Ringplatz, the Jewish Kultusgemeinde , agree on the number of
        saved.
           Any number .
         If there is a will.
   2. They don't want the plate :
          If this is the case, nothing will help.

       If Popovici had saved 20,000 Ukraineans it would be
        much easier .
