[Cz-L] Omission of the Romanian segment of the inscription

To all who have asked about this, either privately or publicly:

I did not agree to this omission gladly, but I thought it best
to do so. I consulted with about 20 members of the list, before
I reached this decision. Sorry I did not have time to consult
all members of the list. Of those I consulted, all advised me
to concede to the stipulations of the Chernivtsi city authorities.

Now it is done, I have consented to have the plaque in Ukrainian
and English only.

I will not answer any further questions about this specific topic.
