I am putting together some webpages that discuss the various Zionist
movements, youth movements, etc. that existed in Europe before the onset of
World War II. Such groups include Hashomer Hatzair, Betar, Poale Zion,
Maccabi (sports), et al. I am hoping that some of you have some photos, etc.
of family members as part of these groups, in uniform, as groups or
individuals, etc. I would like to include some of these photos along with
the text. If you do have some, please consider sending them to me by email.
It would be appreciated. Of course, if any of you were involved in such
movements and would like to write about it, this is welcome too.

I'm also interested in why some of you who made Aliyah to Israel, did so,
i.e. what was the thinking of you or your family that helped you make the
decision to make Aliyah, how did it come about, how were the first years
there, etc.
