[Cz-L] Popovici plaque design

Dear Czernowitzers,

The design of the memorial plaque to Trian Popovici is ready.
I have sent a copy of it to Jerome and he will put it on the "ehpes" website.
The inscription is in Ukrainian, Romanian and English.
The portrait of Popovici is included.
The plaque is now ready to be sent to the the Department of town-planning
and land relations of the City Council of Chernivtsi.
