[Cz-L] Popovici plaque design

Dear All,

Bruce Reisch informed me that Jerome is away on vacation and that the design
for the plaque will therefore, not be on the "ehpes" site for a while.
Any of you who want to see the design sooner, please write me and I will
send it to you.

Further details of the plaque design and location are:

dimensions - 50cm wide, 80cm high, 3cm thick
material - black polished granite
technique - skin-deep engraving on stone
address - M.Zan'kovets'koi, 6 Str.

The design has to be approved by the Department of town-planning
and land relations of the City Council of Chernivtsi,
before the plaque can be made and put up.
