[Cz-L] Photos of the OSE Children's Clinic in Cernauti

Greetings,

If you go to the US Holocaust Memorial Museum site at www.ushmm.org and
search under "Jewish hospital Czernowitz," you will find three photos, two
 from the OSE children's clinic (in Cernauti) and one of doctors and nurses
examining children in a pediatric clinic there.
What does OSE stand for?
