Mimi, et al: My feeling is to hold with the original number. We're
talking an 11% error even if Radu were absolutely right to the last
person saved. The precise number, of course, will never be known.

We acted on the best information we had at the time and the
information sent to city council reflects that. A change now might
convey to council that we're not sure what we are doing. We have
satisfied them with our numbers, I believe, so let's not confuse the
issue at this late stage.

Here's hoping that 10 October brings a Popovici plaque to Czernowitz
that Popovici himself would be proud of.
