Though far from a perfect translation tool, you can go to Google Translate,
copy and paste the URL to the page you wish desired from Russian into
whatever other language you wish, and read it in a language you are more
comfortable with. Perhaps you know this already, but perhaps others don't.
The URL to Google Translate is simply translate.google.com. You can just
copy and paste the URL into the "Translate a Web Page" field. You can also
translate words or phrases from one language to the next.
