[Cz-L] Baron Mustatza

Baron Mustatza.
When I first came across this name I supposed it came from a turn- of - the-
century
 Viennese operetta . Kalman or Lehar would rejoice at this name.
  But he was a real person , a benefactor and Jew protector.
   Here is his castle in Sadagora.

    Was he Rumanian ? ( By the name , must have been.)
     Did he have a big mustache ?
     Is it neccessary to point out that Mustatza in Rumanian is mustache ?
