There is no date on the annoucements but we can calculate :
  The production dates of these pictures is from 1931 to 1933.
    Until a new movie reached Czernowitz in these times - one, two years.
     And then they were shown time and time again with the addition : new
remake.
      My guess - this is from 1935-36.
