[Cz-L] Manger

The list is full with Manger - craze,
 The cautious ,within his reason stays .

Take the latest : Oyfn Weg - what is it all about ?
  Let's sum it up. It is kind of show .
  Participants:
1. One tree ,old, leaning over ,standing on the way.
2. Some migrant birds .
3. Boy passing by.
4. Mother of boy (has beautiful eyes).

  The action:
  Stormy weather. Wind bends tree. Birds flee -look for cover.
   Tree is empty . Boy sees tree . Pities abandoned tree.
    Wants to make good and replace birds on tree.
     By becoming a bird himself !
     Mother strongly disagrees , says boy will get a cold ,but as boy
persists she puts all kind
     of protective clothings and additional footware on boy.
      By putting on the additional gear boy loses buoyancy and can soar no
more.
       Thus ends the story.
        The end is the opening Leitmotiv :
         " On the way stands a tree ,stands there leaning over,
            All the birds from the tree ,they have taken cover".

        In Yiddish and with music it sounds just as silly ,but the nostalgia
is overcoming.
        ( Enjoy it and dont take me too serious.)
