[Cz-L] The Jewish Hospital and adjacent building

Does anyone know approximately when the earthquake or mudslide that
destroyed the Jewish hospital occurred?

Also, was the large building (that was boarded up and being renovated
during the Reunion) a synagogue during the Austrian period and if not,
what was/is it?
