[Cz-L] Plaque

Bravo Mimi and all the others who assisted her. The plaque looks really
good and it will help keeping Popovici's memory alive in the city, or at
least making people
aware of what had happened. A praiseworthy effort. Thank goodness for
such helpful members of our List.
