[Cz-L] Elevation of the plate

To all who find the plate fixed at a too high position for easy reading ,
  let it be clarified:
   The plate is at the correct height - it is the sidewalk that is too low.
  Others cynically propose a ladder to read the text .
    I simply suggest binoculars which are much easier carried.
    All this criticism on the inauguration day.
     Imagine what is to follow.
