The plan is to cut all the saplings as close to the ground as possible.
I have asked that with all the saplings of a diameter greater than 5cm,
they also make a vertical cut into the stump, this prevents new growth
 from the stump. The cut trees will be burned, that is what they did
last year. If they had a wood chipper, they could make mulch out of
the cut trees and use this on the minor paths. But they do not have one.
