[Cz-L] Fw: Vandalism

  In the Russian cemetery in Chernivtsi stripped destroyed tomb of Dr. Basil
  Volyana (Basil Wolan) (1832-1899), founder and first chief physician
  Bukovynian regional hospital, the first deputy of Bukovynian Seimas, and
  later the Austrian Parliament. His tomb was a landmark in local history,
  built on powerful monolithic stone blocks, but it did not protect it from
  vandalism and idiotyzmu (Translation )
