Looking at the now available map the No. of the late Roxy is probably 7
(long and slim building).
House numbers were, and still are usually given when coming from the center
of the town
(in our case Ringplatz), odd on the left and pair on the right side of the
street. If 22 is correct
for the 1920th then in this case the Landhausgasse was formerly numbered
 from the east
to the west and sometime in the 1930th changed according to the above
mentioned principle, which
was general for Central Europe town planning. You can check it out to-day
for almost all towns,Czern. included.
