Cornel,

Do not confuse privacy with secrecy. And proper procedures with
bureaucracy.

As I wrote previously:

Some time ago I published the By-Laws of CJCRO to the whole Cz.-List.
Among other items the By-Laws state:

> ARTICLE VIII.VOTING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS

> a) All major policy and procedural decisions shall be voted on by the members
> of the CJCRO.
> b) All voting and elections shall be carried out by E-mail within an Email
> group of CJCRO members established for this purpose.

It further states in the By-Laws:

> ARTICLE IX. FINANCES

> Section 2. The financial reports shall be published to members of the CJCRO on
> a quarterly basis, on the 15th of each of these month: March, June, Sept and
> December.
