OK, I agree. This building is indeed a synagogue and there where many of
them not only on the well known Synagogengasse. Is it the same building as
shown in your previous e-mail ? It seems to be as one of the "shtiblech" or
just a regular synagogue but not the "Groisse Shill".

   The shape of the windows - only found in Synagogues.
     Many, many more little Shtibls on Synagogengasse.
