Dear Sandra,

If you think that the Carmen Silva Lyceum was named after the famous opera
singer Marguerita (Carmen) Silva, than it is possible that the Operation
Barbarossa (German: Unternehmen Barbarossa), the code name for Germany's
invasion of the Soviet Union during World War II that began on 22 June 1941,
was named after "der Rote Bubi", an outstanding Czernowitzer character who
had a barbarossa!
