Hardy,
I haven't seen anything in the burial registers that would account
for non-Jewish burials. That doesn't mean they didn't take place;
just that they weren't recorded in the Jewish registers. On the
other hand, there may be some non-Jewish listings but they weren't
obvious to me by name or any other notations.
But I can tell you that somewhere among the 28,606 photos in the JGS
Ottawa photo set, I recall seeing one with a small cross. I don't
recall in which area it was photographed, but it stuck out in my mind
as being out of place.
