Dear all,
He was called ¨der Skulener Ruv¨. He was not a ¨Rebbe¨ like the prominent
Hassidic leaders, e.g. The Sadagurer Rebbe, der Wishnitzer, der Boyaner,
etc. I met him several times and had the privilege of being invited to lunch
with him while he was in Briceni, northern Bessarabia.
All the best,
Avraham K.
