So much did we use Schmoll shoe polish, that I thought that Schmoll Pasta,
was what shoe polish was called in German.
I believe that later we used a shoe polish made by Pasternak, does any one
remember?
In the days before sneakers and when a person was evaluated by the shine of
his or her shoes, shoe polish was an important product.
