[Cz-L] malai

Hello.
Malai is a cornmeal cake,very popular in Cz. Malai was the specialty at =
the
Friedman restaurant in the Rusischegasse. It vas served hot (freshly baked)
with sour cream.
 If anybody is interested ,we have my mother's recipe for the malai. For
best results try to get freshly ground cornmeal at the farmer's market
