Recollections related to food.
No other subject - cemetery, museum , street sweeping gets
such a massive response from the group.
This is due, among others , that the memory cells in our brain
relating to taste are the last to be affected by Alzheimer.
We even forgot that the mamaliga issue was handled by our group
with every food discussion we had. More than once.
The feast is over but the taste still lingers on.
The mamaliga taste , with sour cream and mushrooms .
With a glass of spritz ?
