On my only visit to Czernowitz I to asked for a birth certificate.
I think I was fortunate because the actual original register was produced
and in the unmistakable longhand I could see the original handwriting that
was on a copy I had. Unfortunately the translation was totaly flawed it had nothing
to do with the original If I was to produce this certificate for any purpose
I would have been up for fraud and no doubt about it. As I mentioned that it was
wrongly translated, a shrug there is nothing we can do.Mayby things have improved
