  From the Jewish Museum in Czernowitz:
  Memorial procession on the streets of Czernowitz on July 7 ,1991
   commemorating the July 7, 1941 massacre of Bila street.
    This took place two months after Ukraina got its independence.
       Under Soviet rule such a procession was not feasable.
       ( Is it new in the Museum or has nobody noticed it before ?)
