Dear Jerome,
Recently there was some correspondence on the Czernowitz Link
regarding the possibility of obtaining birth certificates of persons
who had been born in Czernowitz. In this connection the name and
e-mail address of a lady was mentioned through whom such certificates
could be obtained.
By a technical nishap the above correspondence was deleted from my
computer.
(A) Could you possibly let me have the lady's name and e-mail address?
(B) If I am not mistaken, also the name of an office and address
(e-mail?) was mentioned, from which such birth certificates could (or
could not) be obtained directly. If there is indeed a possibility of
obtaining such certificates from that office by writing to them, could
you let me have its name and address too?
I should be most grateful.
