  Ramshackle balcony collapse on old Waggasse.
   Not far is the new Czernowitz showpiece - the Filarmonia sq. with the
splashing multi -colored fountain. The Mehlplatz of our time.

       Passing beneath such a balcony can be much more fatal than swine
flu.
    The luxury hotel "Magnat " is also not far down this street.
    So if you stay there , avoid the sidewalks.
     Very old street - not much motor trafic.
      Joining Mehlplatz and Dreifaltigkeitsgasse.
