[Cz-L] Obermann or Samster

Hello everybody

My name is Christian Bloch. I live in Paris. Since two month, I'm trying
to piece together my family tree. I'm new on this site.

I'm born in Antwerp, Belgium. So were my father and his father.
My great grand father was born in Randegg, Germany in 1855.
Salomon Bloch married in Antwerp in august 1908 Paulina Obermann.
Paulina was born in Czernowitz on 29th june 1866.
Her father's name was Joannes Obermann and her mother's name was Samster.
I find not the singlest clue on Obermann and on Samster
as if those two families had never been in Czernowitz.

Could someone of you tell me how I could do to try to trace them?
Is there like in Germany a Jewish association that has enormous amount of
documents?
