Simplest reference book is Martin Gilbert's "Jewish History Atlas" which
starts even earlier,- 2000BC: "Early Jewish Migration".

Subject: [Cz-L] Book Request
Dear all,
Friends from the US is asking me as follows:
"... we were wondering whether there is a good book about the wanderings of
the European Jews from 1492 to the Holocaust. Would you be able to recommend
an English language source?"
Unfortunately I am not, please help!
All best wishes for a Happy Channukah!
