[Cz-L] Need help with Hebrew grave inscription which includes abbreviations

Dear All,

One of the volunteers of last summer's work-camp at the Jewish cemetery in
Czernowitz, has asked me to translate an inscription on a gravestone.
I am not familiar with Hebrew abbreviations pertaining to religious
terminology, but hope one of you may be.

If any of you is familiar with such abbreviations, please write me and
I will send you the photograph of the inscription.
