[Cz-L] Rabbis!

A happy New Year to all! I am intrigued by the Email plus pics I received
from Czernowitz. If you see the letterhead the rabbi styles himself
"ChiefRabbi of Chernivtsi". He was sent out by Chabad but he certainly has
not replaced the longserving and very hardworking Rabbi Kofmanski...so if
anybody knows what is going on I would like to know!! Cornel
